What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that 'Last Call' items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Where are Poppy Barley products manufactured?
We are committed to ethical manufacturing. Our products are handcrafted in family-owned factories in Leon, Mexico, and Porto, Portugal, where workers are paid a living wage and work in safe conditions.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within North America. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
How should I care for my leather shoes and bags?
To prolong the life of your items, we recommend using a leather protector spray before your first wear and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to prevent drying or cracking.
Do you offer repairs?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you experience a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase, we will provide a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
