Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items back in their original Poppy Barley box and dust bags, ensuring all protective packaging is intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
